The Work/Play editions are designed to balance work and play. On the left side of every page is dot grid, and on the right side is blank paper, allowing for both structured and unstructured use. This hard-bound notebook has an embossed cover, matching front/end pages and 192 pages of 90gsm white paper. Finally there’s a ribbon bookmark to be sure you can keep your place!

My most oft-used stationery at this moment are a Hobonichi Cousin and an Ivory and Black Parker Duofold International with needlepoint nib inked with Montblanc Swan Illusion Black. Would love to try it out on the new WorkPlay!
Funnily enough, the item I’m using most is the last 1/4 of a 2018 Jibun Techo. I’m using it for work notes since I didn’t use it as a planner at the end of 2018 and I’m my good paper for other things.

Thanks for the giveaway. I have using notecards – figure this is a great time to actually take the time to write personal notes to people instead of emails.
Right now I’ve falling into kind of a rut – using my Leuchtturm 1917 with my Lamy Safari. But I’m taking advantage of the fact that I’m at home and no one else needs to see the things I write, I pulled out some Lamy cartridges I’ve had in my desk for a while and trying some different colors. Right now I’m using a bright blue, almost a robin’s egg blue.
My daily go-tos are my Energel pens. They come in so many colors, and the grip is perfect for me!

I am using my copper Tactile Turn pen all the time to make lists of the endless things unavailable at the store, meal plans for my family cobbled together from sparse pantry items, and letters to far away loved ones. The Virus doesn’t live as long on copper, apparently. I’d love this Work/Play edition to help me stay balanced. We can all use a little balancing now!! Thank you!!

My notebooks to write information down and keep track of my binge watching
I’m using a Traveler’s Notebook almost exclusively – the standard size at home or when I’m on the road (make that when I WAS on the road, since I’m not currently budging…) and the passport size in my purse for quick sketches and lists. The leather covers make me feel like I’ve got something very special in my hands.
I prefer an A5 size notebook with a leather cover. I’m almost done with one now. I’ve tried rough “craft” paper notebooks but I write with a fountain pen, so no joy.
I’m using a Travelers Notebook with a Weekly and Memo insert. Recently I got a Mindori Pouch Diary because it was half off. It is another calendar system, but starts the previous October. I’m making an effort to put different information in it.
I also have a Midori 5-Year Diary that I’ve been neglecting, but want to fill in using the TN.
I am using A5 sized dot grid Fabriano notebooks one for everyday musing and one for designs
and I have a Muji calendar notebook for keeping track of everyday life ( which is now empty with nothing happening while we shelter in place)

Midori MD notebook. I tragically lost my Rhodia I was using as my go-everywhere bujo. The Midori is an outstanding replacement!

Right now I’m using a Rhodia Webnotebook (as a journal) or a Rhodia notepad (work notes). Soon I’ll be starting a new journal with a SEQES Notebook. Only 5 pages left in the current journal! So close that I’m tempted to just fill it with bad sketches to get it over with.

Right now I’m using an older Montblanc 149 with a 14K nib and a split ebonite feed. The nib has an architect grind. I have it filled with Montblanc Ultramarine.
Currently I’m using my Rhodia dot pad a lot for my biochemistry notes!

I kinda hate to admit it, but I have been mostly using a ballpoint pen (granted a nice one) on one of those small, crappy notepads from the CostCo next to my computer to jot quick notes since almost everything I am doing right now is online.
My most used stationery item right now is my very new Rotring 600 0.7 mm in green. In a dark room it could be mistaken for one of it’s black siblings, but when you look closely it’s gorgeous.
I’m using a pink extra fine nib Lamy Safari and a Lenome notebook that I discovered on a whim. It has awesome thick paper and lay flat binding.
Right now, I am using a sketchbook that I bought for $5 from an art that was closing down.
I am currently journaling in a Rhodiarama soft cover notebook with my favorite Papermate Inkjoy gel pens. Smoooth paper and smooooth pens!
Right now I am using an off-brand A5 dot-grid journal for my agenda . . . it was a gift so I am using it up, but it’s not great, so I couldn’t even tell you the name of it. Apart from that, my Fields Notes are always handy to make quick notes or jot down ideas.
Currently I have an “Exceed” notebook that I can’t seem to get through. It’s a great notebook but it doesn’t inspire me. Aside from that I have 3 fountain pens I’m adoring: a solid bronze Kasama in broad, a Franklin-Christoph 02 with a fine cursive oblique, and a Lamy 2000 with a Predator Extreme Grind from Mark Bacas! Just can’t get enough
I have to cite my journal – currently a Midori A5 – as my most used item. Everyday, and sometimes twice in a day.

I’m currently using my Midori traveler’s notebooks (all four of them).
I’m using my Nanami’s Café Note set up as a kinda bujo. What with the world & all, I’m journaling a lot these days.Since I’m home, I get to switch out my fountain pens & inks, & use my more colorful markers, pencils, et al.
My daily go to is the Hobonichi Cousin Avec and a 0.38 Jetstream.

I’m having a pencil festival of various Blackwing Volumes in a composition notebook by Norcom. The old ones made in Brazil had great paper.
I’m using a combination of Field Notes Endpapers and a Baron Fig Confidant. I love the Endpapers edition and wish I had bought more when they came out.

I have been using my Karas Pens (bolt and a brass render K) with Energel refills daily. On the paper front, anything and everything I can get my hands on.
I’m using a Blue soft cover Rhodia notebook with green ink in a Mint Blue Eco.
A Rhodia goalbook (orange, of course) for my work to-dos and bullet-ish journal, and a Nanami Crossfield for long-form journaling.
I am using water-soluble pencils to draw a little bit every day between work from home tasks. Great fun!

I’m still using my A5 DIY ring planner printed on HP 32 lb paper with Frixion pens. Journaling is in a Kokuyo Idea notebook with one of ten fountain pens. I’m mostly loving the Lamy AL-Star and Safari because I am re-learning how to write with a proper hold and their angled grips help greatly.
Mostly Field Notes, Blackwing/Musgrave Pencils, and my trusty 3776 with KWZ IG Green.

I’m using a small pile of thin, 52 gsm A5-sized Tomoe River notebooks. One I use every time I fill a pen with a new ink I’ve never used. I write a small paragraph with that ink, first mentioning in all caps what the ink is, of course. As much as I like swabs, they don’t tell me what an ink is going to look like when I’m writing with it. I rely on this writing sample book for that. Another little notebook has notations for what kind of work or tweaking various pens/nibs might need next time they’re empty and are being cleaned, either by myself, or if beyond what I can do, to be sent out. I have one little notebook I use for playing with ink – like comparing similar colors all on one page, or complementary colors, or whatever I want that doesn’t necessarily belong in my journal. One is a running list of all the inks I own bottles of, by manufacturer, with a separate list of all the samples I have on hand, also by manufacturer. The samples get check marks by them as they’re used. The last is one I use as I read and write letters, helping me keep up with what I want to remember to include in the letters I’m writing. I tend to write…um…well, I don’t know when to stop writing, much like this comment, except my letters can be many, many pages long. Sometimes my bravest and most determined pen pals will try to send tome-like letters in return. Notes on how I want to respond are helpful. These are the ones I keep around the most.
Turns out quarantine and overthinking hobbies is a bad mix; I’ve taken a step back from fountain pens for a spell and have been using a Tactile Turn bolt action pen with Schimdt refill to take work notes on a generic legal pad.
I am answering a ton of letters which piled up and am using plain old notebook paper.
My daily paper for April is a Field Notes Vignette with a picture of my dog, Bowser, inserted. The last 2 days I was using a Pilot VP Piano Black with Pilot blue ink. Today I switch to a Franklin-Christoph Mike Matteson edition (model 46) with a SIG F nib that Audrey tuned up for me at the #BWIPS2020. It’s loaded with F-C Tenebris Purpuratum (sp?). Anyway, it’s a dark purple.

I got a Jibun Techo, and quickly decided it wasn’t for me. Now that all my days are blurring together, I find it really useful to have it open and schedule things like “read,” “grade,” etc, so that I am structuring my days a little more.
Blue Kaweco Ice Sport M eyedroppered with Noodlers Polar Green. I’m signing all those receipts with it. and the Polar green dries well even on crappy thermal paper.
